Futurobot is a series of events exploring all aspects of the topic of robotic. Initiated by the CNRS, the events are happening in France and on the social medias from September 2020 to June 2021.
Approached by the client with a pitch and the print designs, the first step was to work on the art direction of the project to develop a motion language following the visuals and logos they already had.
Teaser for the livestream event
The art direction we created tries to capture the mechanical and algorithmic atmosphere of the topic of robotic, with particular emphasis on the combinations of the images the client provide us and the patterns and colors we developed.
In the meantime, Simon De Thuin worked on several music proposals for the project, with the idea of making something both uplifting and accessible while injecting some futuristic-tech and cyberpunk touches on the music.
In order for them to promote their first livestream event and their first social campaign, we made 3 motion teasers as well as a motion design kit for the livestreams and the social contents : intros and outros, titles design, lower thirds, transitions...
